Terms

Net 30 days with established credit.

Freight

Freight will be prepaid and charged on invoice.

IMA reserves the right to use carrier of its choice whenever paying freight charges.

Warranty

Prime manufacturers warranty shall apply. IMA will assist customer in obtaining warranty adjustments with factory where applicable. However, IMA will not be held responsible for manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship.

Returned Goods

• No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization. The Return Authorization (RGA) Number must be shown on the shipper label and correspondence. When requesting Authorization for Return please indicate date of purchase, invoice number, P.O. number and reason for the return.
• Freight on all return goods, except those resulting from an IMA error, must be prepaid by the customer.
• IMA reserves the right to inspect all merchandise before credit is issued.
• Products being returned must be in original unopened cartons in a resale condition with no markings or labels on product packages.

Damaged Goods

Notification must be made by the recipient to the carrier.

Non-Returnable Merchandise

• Opened & Partial cases
• Samples
• Custom orders
• "Special Order" merchandise
• Merchandise with less than six (6) months remaining prior to expiration date.

Restocking Charge

• None first Thirty (30) days from invoice.
• 30% Thirty-One (31) days to Ninety (90) days from invoice.
• 50% Ninety One (91) to One Hundred Eighty (180) days from invoice.
• No returns after One Hundred Eighty One (181) days from invoice date.
